These terms cover your use of the RoofMetric estimator, whether you use it on roofingquotepro.com or embedded on a partner roofing company's website. By using the tool, you agree to them.
RoofMetric measures your roof from aerial LiDAR and county imagery where they have been published, otherwise from aerial imagery, and shows you one itemized estimated price for roofing work from a published local price book. It is free to use and there is no obligation to buy anything.
Every number the tool shows is a planning estimate, not a quote and not a binding offer. Roof measurements from imagery can be off, and pricing changes. Your exact price comes from a roofing company after a free on-site inspection. Do not make financial decisions based only on the tool's numbers.
When you submit your contact information, you are asking us and the roofing company named on the page to contact you about your estimate by email, phone, or text. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Use the tool for real estimates on properties you own or are responsible for. Do not use it to scrape data, overload our systems, or submit false information.
We work hard to keep measurements and pricing accurate, but the tool is provided as is. We are not responsible for decisions made from its estimates, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a roofing company.
