RoofMetric by RoofingQuotePro gives homeowners a fast roof estimate online. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

When you use the estimator, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your property address
• A roof measurement for your address, which we get from the Google Solar API and aerial imagery
• The choices you make in the tool, like material and color

Why we collect it

We use this information for two things: to prepare your roof estimate, and to connect you with a roofing company that can confirm your price and do the work. That is it.

Who receives it

• The roofing company named on the page you used. If you used our tool on a partner roofing company's website, that company receives your information so it can follow up on your estimate.
• GoHighLevel, the customer relationship (CRM) service we use to manage leads.
• Resend, the service we use to send your estimate email.
• Google, which we query to look up your address and roof imagery. We send Google the address or map location, not your name or contact details.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone beyond the parties listed above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide your estimate and connect you with a roofing company, and to keep basic business records after that. When we no longer need it for those purposes, we delete it.

How to request deletion

Email us at quotes@roofingquotepro.com from the address you used in the tool and ask us to delete your information. We will delete it from our records and ask our providers to do the same.

About your estimate

Estimates from this tool are planning figures priced from a published local price book. They are not quotes and they are not binding offers. Your exact price comes from the roofing company after a free inspection of your roof.
